RESORTS WORLD THEATRE FAQ’S

No, at this time a negative PCR test or vaccination card is not required for admittance into the theatre. Following the directive as set forth by the State of Nevada on February 10, 2022, masks are also currently not required for guests in Resorts World Theatre. Masks may be provided upon request for anyone requesting one. Please note that requirements may change on an event-by-event basis.

At this time there will be no social distancing. We are committed to your safety and following CDC guidance and requirements set forth by the state of Nevada.

The onsite Box Office is located outside the main entrance to the theatre.

These can be found online where meet and greets are available. Subject to availability.

Children age 3 and older require a full-price ticket for entry. Any child younger than the age of 3 may enter without a ticket but must remain on the lap of the ticket holder. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  Patrons under the age of 21 are not allowed to consume alcohol or loiter in gaming areas of the resort.

Resorts World Theatre is located in the southwest part of the casino. It’s located just off the casino floor and directly across from the main hotel parking garage.

Yes, there are restrooms available on all levels inside the theatre.

There are full-service bars located on all levels of the theatre.  All bars and concession outlets located inside the theatre are strictly CASHLESS.

Food is not served in the theatre, but snacks will be available for purchase. The hotel has multiple dining options that are available pre and post show.

Outside food or beverage is not permitted inside the theatre.

Yes, there will be a designated VIP entrance for guests who purchased one of the offered VIP packages or upgrades.

Resorts World Las Vegas offers paid parking at a flat rate of $10 per day. Convenient valet parking is also available, ranging from $25 – $75. Patrons are encouraged to park in the guest parking garage off Goh Tong Way and Sammy Davis Jr. Valet and Rideshare options are available off Goh Tong Way at South Valet.

Yes, re-entry is permitted. Guests will be required to scan their ticket upon exiting the theatre which will enable them re-enter. The re-entry policy may change depending on the event.

A no bag policy is in effect for all events at Resorts World Theatre. Guests are only permitted to bring in one wallet-sized clutch no larger than ( 9” x 5” x 2”), medical bags or parenting/diaper bags no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” are permitted. Any medical or parenting bags (child must be present) that are exempted are subject to security screening. PLEASE RETURN ALL OTHER BAGS TO YOUR VEHICLES OR GUEST ROOMS. A BAG CHECK IS NOT AVAILABLE.

Signs, Flags, or Banners exceeding 11″ x 17″ or attached to a pole/stick. Signs must be relevant to event. Signs may not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by venue management. Management reserves the right to prohibit or remove a sign or banner at any time.

Prohibited items that do not meet guidelines should not be brought to the theatre.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the theatre. Guests wish to smoke will need to exit the Theatre and smoke in the Casino.

Resorts World Theatre is unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets that were not purchased directly through an authorized sales channel (i.e. Resorts World Theatre box office or AXS.com). For this reason, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party resellers. If a ticket is purchased through a third-party reseller, Resorts World Theatre is not responsible for any fraudulent activity and will not honor invalid tickets.

Lost items will be turned into the Guest Services counter inside the theatre lobby during the show. After the show concludes, items will be held at the Resorts World Theatre for 14 days.

In a seated configuration, the capacity for Resorts World Theatre is 4,703. The theatre has four levels of seating: Front Orchestra, Rear Orchestra, Mezzanine, and Balcony levels.

Yes, on the night of the show there will be ushers available to escort guests to seats.

Assisted Listening Devices are available at the Guest Services counter in the main lobby and may be requested the night of the show.

If an event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase. Web purchases will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that the artist, AEG Presents, Resorts World Theatre, and Resorts Worlds Las Vegas are not responsible for hotel, travel or other expenses related to the cancellation of a performance. If an event is postponed, guests should retain their tickets to use for the rescheduled date.
