Resorts World Las Vegas to Welcome Jeremy Ford’s Michelin-Starred Restaurant, Stubborn Seed, Summer 2024

2022 James Beard Award Semi-Finalist and Bravo’s “Top Chef” season 13 winner, Jeremy Ford, will bring his coveted Miami-based restaurant to the Las Vegas Strip for the first time

LAS VEGAS, NV (Nov. 1, 2023)Resorts World Las Vegas announced today the addition of Stubborn Seed, the acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurant helmed by Bravo’s “Top Chef” season 13 champion, Jeremy Ford, and award-winning restaurant group, Grove Bay Hospitality Group, coming to the resort in Summer 2024. Making its debut on the famed Las Vegas Strip, Stubborn Seed will bring Chef Ford’s unwavering passion, offering guests a truly unforgettable dining experience.

Marking its second location, Stubborn Seed at Resorts World Las Vegas will take guests on an extraordinary culinary journey as Chef Ford brings his impeccable talents to the luxury resort. The coveted Miami Beach-based restaurant will boast a chef-forward tasting menu, featuring seasonal and locally inspired ingredients brought to life by Chef Ford’s brashly creative cooking. A stellar beverage program with innovative cocktails will round out the dining experience.

Stubborn Seed has earned one Michelin star two years in a row, ever since the Michelin Guide launched its inaugural awards in Florida in 2022. The flagship location was created six years ago by Chef Jeremy Ford and local Miami hospitality players, Francesco Balli and Ignacio Garcia-Menocal, the co-founders and CEOs behind Grove Bay Hospitality Group, which also owns and operates other celebrated restaurants in Miami. Stubborn Seed at Resorts World Las Vegas marks the team’s first foray out of the South Florida market.
